Renatus Coffee trusted Entangle Vision for the integral development of its brand and its entire digital ecosystem, in one of the most complete projects our studio has delivered. The engagement spanned from the first stroke of the logotype to the interface of the technology platform that supports the product: brand identity, sustainable packaging, institutional website, e-commerce and the UI of an R&D system for coffee residue valorization.
The challenge was twofold. On one hand, building a specialty coffee brand with an explicit commitment to sustainability. On the other, designing the visual and user-experience layer of an advanced technical platform, capable of translating a complex system — spectroscopic analysis, machine learning models and quantum simulation — into a clear, operable interface for its end users.
Scope of work
We approached the project end-to-end across five major blocks:
Brand identity. Logotype design and full visual system for Renatus Coffee: symbol, wordmark, color palette, typography, uses and applications. A language built to work coherently both in the product universe (coffee, packaging, retail) and the technological universe of the platform.
Sustainable packaging. Packaging design prioritizing recycled and recyclable materials, with conventional inks replaced by relief embossing: a technique that reduces chemical use in production, brings texture and sophistication to the product and reinforces the sustainability message without compromising perceived quality. The packaging structure was designed to protect the product, optimize logistics and ease reintegration into the recycling cycle.
Website. Development of an institutional website with a visual language coherent with the identity, designed to tell the project, the brand values and the coffee’s origin, and to serve as a communication support beyond the sales channel.
E-commerce. Implementation of an online store integrated with the rest of the digital ecosystem, with carefully crafted product pages, mobile optimization and SEO work from the ground up to secure visibility in search engines.
Technical platform UI. Interface design for the Renatus R&D platform, a system integrating spectroscopic analysis (NIR/FTIR), machine learning models and quantum simulation to optimize the valorization of coffee residues in cosmetic applications. Our work focused on translating a complex technical domain into a clear usage experience: screens for analysis data input, visualization of composition predictions (caffeine, polyphenols), and recommendations of optimal extraction parameters. The UX challenge was balancing the system’s technical depth with the real-world operability of laboratory end users.
Result
A complete and coherent brand system running with one shared language across the entire Renatus Coffee universe: from the physical pack on the shelf to the interface of the technology platform that supports its R&D. A case that captures Entangle Vision’s way of working clearly: an integral perspective capable of accompanying a brand from its founding identity to the design of the most technical digital products in its ecosystem, without losing coherence at any point along the way.
