Dulce y Salado, a café belonging to Grupo Aurora, trusted Entangle Vision for the integral management of its social media and content production, with the goal of consolidating its digital presence, connecting genuinely with its local audience and reflecting the brand’s identity in every post.
The challenge was clear: translating the physical experience of the café — fresh and artisanal products, a carefully crafted atmosphere — into a digital language that is coherent, engaging and sustained over time, capable of positioning Dulce y Salado as a local reference in its category.
Scope of work
We approached the project from an integral perspective across three major blocks:
Content strategy. We designed a tailored editorial plan, aligned with the brand’s identity and its audience’s specifics. We defined content pillars, tone of voice, publishing calendar and recurring creative lines to guarantee consistency and recognition in every piece.
Visual production. We carried out professional photo sessions of the products, taking care of light, framing and styling to highlight the freshness and variety of the offer. We complemented the photography with promotional videos capturing the essence of the café: the preparation of the dishes, service details and the real experience of the customers in the venue.
Management and campaigns. We handled publishing, community engagement and audience care across the social platforms, plus specific campaigns oriented to promotions, seasonal events and punctual launches to increase interaction and attract new visits. The strategy was complemented with a continuous monitoring of key metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth and conversion to visit — that allowed us to adjust the proposal iteratively to optimize results.
